Giving the Basics’ 2026 Soap & Hope Showdown brought 12 teams together for an afternoon of teamwork, friendly competition, and community impact. KMBC 9 News joined us to cover this event, where teams came together to have fun while supporting Giving the Basics’ mission to provide essential hygiene products to people experiencing hygiene insecurity.
